Beler Holdings Inc. (BHI) is a private corporation founded in 1988 by Michael Beler which started with DFX Distribution Inc. to provide assistance to international suppliers trying to gain economical access to the then new and growing Canadian land border duty free market.
Since our start in 1988, we have expanded from duty free to a collection of businesses ranging from customs brokerage, logistics, third party warehousing to e-commerce solutions across North America. Our head office is located in Mississauga (15 minutes west of Toronto Airport) and consists of 65,000 square feet of warehouse and offices of which 20,000 square feet is a bonded warehouse. In 2000, we established a specialist logistics company, BILSI, which manages all logistical requirements including running a bonded warehouse, to Customs compliance and document preparation, IT resources, and financial services for all our other companies.
